The simple things

My life is stressful right now, with going to school, thinking and talking about when we might get married, trying to find out who I am and who I would like to become. There's so mush going on, so much as to I have really needed the simple things in life to make me happy I have found a few things to make me very happy. Simple things are the best things in life.

My mother made these for me
These are a prefect way to end a day

eos lotion

I am obsessed with this lotion. I loved the lip balm, but the lotion trumps the lip balm. So far to have purchased 2 scents and I fully intend on buying more. I am fully in love.

Once on the hands the lotion leaves a super silky texture that lasts even after washing. It is not greasy what so ever and the scent is so light.

What got me is that its Gluten-Free. AWESOME!

I have no complaints, I love this lotion, and I highly recommend it. If you love to lip balm you will fall in love with the lotion.

Pinterest Project

I saw these glasses while back and I fell absolutely in love with them. I just thought how cute would these be for spring. So of course I had to make a pair.

Mine were done using regular reading glasses.

So cute and so easy. I just wrapped embroidery floss around and knotted it in place. When Spring is over it will be so easy to take off.

Beautful Monday

I hope everyone had a lovely weekend. Tomorrow we get the moving truck and then we move on Wednesday. So excited! Can't wait to get a fresh start.

I over the weekend have been watching a ton of youtube vlogs and I thought I would share some of my faves, at least one today and then one next Monday, and so on and so forth. I'm going to make it a thing.

I am just getting into the whole youtube video blogs, so I am way behind in the times. One of the vlogs I am watching right now is...

My Saturday

We move Wednesday and it can not come soon enough. The mess of moving has gotten to me, our apartment has that wonder fragrance of boxes and currently my fiancee and I are fighting, which sadly is all due most likely due to stress. But now we are not talking. Great!

Any who... here are a few Instagram pictures from the past week.

Two new L.A. Colors nail polishes for Spring. I am absolutely in love with the pink which just happens to be talked Bloom. How perfect is that? I am currently wearing this color and its the perfect pink and it makes me just smile.

On the other hand the yellow which is called Daisy, looks much better in the bottle. In the bottle it looks soft and warm, and when I put it on it looks neon raver yellow. It is so not attractive on. I thought by the look of it in the bottle and it being called Daisy, I thought it would be prefect.

These don't really seem to work. These were something I just had to try. Left to right - L.A. Colors Super Strength and L.A. Colors Mega Grow

Finally got a new Ipod. Took me all most 4 years, but finally decided to up grade. Well kind of...

My latest read

My brand new blanket. So soft and fuzzy.

My new favorite sweet treat.

Mall Haul

This post isn't really about words today seeing that I have a really bad allergy headache. Yesterday my Fiancee and I took my mother out for a birthday lunch and to do a bit of shopping. Well like always I went a bit over board as usual and I wanted to share a bit of my buys with you all.

I did alittle shopping at Sephora. I am actually not a big shopper at Sephora, but every now and then it doesn't hurt.

I didn't buy anything grand or super expensive, just a few things I love.

Smith's Rosebud and Strawbrerry balms. Love these, love this brand. These are a must for me!

I got these from my favorite natural store Earthbound. Crystals have always made me feel better, I love just looking at them or holding them and they just bring such great energy.

The incense matches were an impulse buy, just because they smell
like coconut.

These are nose packs, the kind you peel off. They work so well its scary. My nose looks so much smoother and healthier. If I am ever able to find these again I will definitely stock up.

This has to be the coolest eyebrow pencil I have ever seen.

I haven't tried the under eye concealer yet, I have tried the waterproof eyeliner and I have to say it is the best eyeliner I have tried in a while. It goes on so smooth and the pigment is just absolutely prefect. I am shocked about the quality I got for such a small price. Absolutely amazing eyeliner.

Revlon Scented Nail Enamel

I bought this after seeing it in a magazine ad and after seeing American Hustle. I could never get the part of the movie where Jennifer Lawrence's Character is explaining the smell of her finger nail polish to the politicians wife. If you haven't seen this movie, then I'm sorry, because you have no idea what I am talking about.

Ever since the movie I have been super interested in scented nail polish. Granted I don't want my nails to smell like Jennifer Lawrence's Characters nails.

Again you only get that if you have seen the movie.

Any who... back to Revlon Scented Nail Enamel I bought the Pink Pineapple scented one and so far all I have to say is I love it.
It smells just like what you think Pink Pineapple would smell like, and it is yummy. The first night I put it one I could not stop smelling my fingers. Which sadly after awhile made me look like a freak.

The soft pale pink color goes on super smooth. I did have to apply 2 to 3 coats. But it did wear really, really will. It started to chip away after 4 days. Which in my book is amazing, because I am super rough on finger nail polish.

But sadly this will be the only bottle I buy. It was fun for the first time, I don't regret buying the bottle. But I have no intention on buying another one. I have no need/wait to buy the other colors. It was fun once. Now I am done! I say that with a smile.
